Additionally, we are hoping to form sub-committees to support various projects and initiatives, and your unique skills and perspectives would be a valuable addition. Together, we can make our community an even better place to live and play.
Appointed Positions
Treasurer
The treasurer is appointed to the position by the Board of Trustees and has no set term. The Treasurer is responsible for providing trustees with financial reports monthly, accounts receivable/payable, and employee payroll. They also work with and outside accounting firm for the annual audit or other financial needs.
Trustee (2 open positions)
Trustees are appointed by the President and confirmed by the sitting board members. Trustees must attend every board meeting, which is held on the 3rd Tuesday each month. They will ensure that long-range planning is integrated into the board and committee decisions, and also protect the financial, physical, human capital, and other assets of the village, balancing the needs of current and future generations of village constituents.
Employees
Maintenance Workers
Maintenance workers are hired by the maintenance manager or roads and grounds chair and are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the village. Please note this position can be full or part time – however many hours desired.
Snow Plow Operators
Snow plow operators are on-call and responsible for applying salt and/or brine and removing snow and ice from Village roads and cul-de-sacs. This position may require late nights, early morning starts, extended hours,
and weekend duty, including holidays, to ensure that roads are clear and safely
passable.
Other Positions
Our village is always seeking people willing to volunteer their time and efforts to help facilitate projects, community events, head sub-committees, or just overall lend a helping hand.
