Board of Trustees

Our board of trustees is made up of 6 members, and we are seeking to fill 2 of those seats. If you are interested in volunteering or learning more about available trustee positions, please contact us.

Appointed Positions

Treasurer

The treasurer is appointed to the position by the Board of Trustees and has no set term. The Treasurer is responsible for providing trustees with financial reports monthly, accounts receivable/payable, and employee payroll. They also work with and outside accounting firm for the annual audit or other financial needs.

Maintenance Manager

The maintenance manager is hired to the position by the Board of Trustees and reports to the Roads & Grounds Chair and is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This position has a set salary, plus hourly for any additional maintenance labor.

Employees

Maintenance Workers

Maintenance workers are hired by the maintenance manager or roads and grounds chair and are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the village. Please note this position can be full or part time – however many hours desired.
