Our next consolidated village election will take place on April 1st, 2025. There are 4 seats up for election; Village President and 3 Board of Trustees positions, currently held by John Mayerhofer, Rich Ruscin and Jim Moroz. See the list and description of board positions on our Board & Staff page.
Any one interested in running for the available seats will need to fill out a petitions packet. Each candidate will obtain 10 signatures from other registered voters in the Village of Hopewell. Only one signature per voter per open position (you cannot sign for multiple candidates for the same seat). All petitions must be notarized and filed with the Village Clerk between October 21st and October 28th, 2024.
